Gerdau Code of Ethics

The Code of Ethics brings together the ethical principles we use in our interactions with various stakeholders: suppliers, customers, competitors, shareholders, government officials, communities and the environment. It is organized according to the best practices of ethics and compliance, and establishes necessary conduct for the company.

Gerdau has a Code of Ethics for Third Parties that gathers the main guidelines for our partners to conduct their business with Gerdau. We hope that all of our third parties act in compliance with the text of this Code and Gerdau values.

The Compliance Policy and Anti-Corruption Policy are part of the Integrity Program and cover Gerdau's actions to disseminate an ethical culture, combat corruption, guarantee anti-bribery practices and comply with applicable laws. It involves actions aimed at generating value and comfort for all stakeholders, especially its employees, suppliers, service providers, customers, shareholders, government, community, regulatory and inspection agencies.
