He originally joined the company in 1991 as a melting superintendent at the Jackson, Michigan mill, where he was promoted to general plant manager in 1998. </p><p>In November of 2001, Mr. Marcucci was promoted to vice president and general manager of the company's North American special steel division and was later promoted to president in 2002. In this position he is responsible for technical services, R&amp;D, and sales and marketing.</p><p>Mr. Colembergue joined Gerdau in March 2001 as an R&amp;D Engineer at the Charqueadas mill. He was promoted to manager of Product and Process Development at the same mill in 2006, and with the acquisition of Villares, led the formation and managed the technical group for Gerdau Special Steel Brazil. In 2008, he joined the management of the Gerdau Special Steel group, where he worked closely with all special steel operations in the U.S., Brazil, Spain and India on technology and operations-related issues. Steve leads the inside sales, order management, production planning, and logistics teams and is responsible for executing a customer-focused demand-driven supply chain strategy. </p><p>Mr. Faber joined Gerdau in 2010 as Director of Sales and Operations Planning (S&amp;OP). He is a 25 year veteran of supply chain with experience in the consulting, manufacturing, and distribution industries. Prior to his employment at Gerdau, he held positions in supply chain, materials management, network optimization, and supply &amp; demand planning, and previously worked for Omnicare, Owens Corning, and Computer Sciences Corporation.</p><p>Mr. Faber holds a BS degree in marketing from Bentley University and an MBA degree from the Haslam School at the University of Tennessee with a concentration in Supply Chain Management. In this role he is responsible for optimizing coordination between the Jackson and Monroe, Michigan mills and overseeing operations at the Huntington, Indiana heat treating facility. </p><p>Mr. Moore has more than 30 years of experience in the steel industry and has held various leadership positions, which provided him with an extensive understanding of the steel making process through people management skills. Mr. Moore joined the company in 1997 as a supervisor, where he oversaw all electrical maintenance in the Jackson mill. He was promoted to general plant manager in 2009 and then transferred to the same position in Fort Smith, Arkansas in 2011. He returned to Michigan in 2015, where he served as the general plant manager of Monroe prior to his current position. </p><p>Mr. Moore received his Associate's from Miami University in Ohio in electrical technology. He originally joined the company in 2000 as the production superintendent and was promoted to General Plant Manager in 2006. In June of 2011, Mr. Kelleher  was promoted to Vice President of Operations and relocated to the Jackson, Michigan office. In March of 2015, Mr. Kelleher returned to Fort Smith, again as the general plant manager. </p><p>Mr. Kelleher holds a Bachelor's in economics from The Ohio State University. </p>"}]
