Gerdau believes that its suppliers are essential for the achievement of quality, safety and excellence goals. Because of that, it carefully selects and develops partners and suppliers and requires that they follow responsible practices regarding people and the environment.

The Company is currently implementing a global management solution to handle the processes of purchasing and relationship with suppliers: Gerdau Global Procurement. Among other benefits, this will ensure a change in the flow of information between the Group and its suppliers around the world, making communication easier and more flexible.
